beautiful older building, peaceful leafy neighborhood, proximity to old city
The air conditioning could use a serious upgrade!!! Getting to the city center may take longer than you'd expect, especially in the heat. Some night noises can be quite bothersome if you're a light sleeper!!! More soundproofing would go a long way!!!

The property is truly stunning, nestled in a charming neighborhood just a quick walk from the heart of Siena. Breakfast was a daily highlight, especially with the warm, fresh bread that my kids adored. Dario and Seiko’s hospitality was exceptional. they truly went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic stay.
For dads, it would be great to have more space for the kids to play outside.

Couples, just go for it
The breakfast was a highlight for us. Seiko’s homemade bread and cakes were fresh and delicious. It was like starting the day with a piece of heaven. And those little things, like her putting our beers in a cold bag without even being asked, that kind of attention really makes you feel special.
It wasn’t low-cost, but you get what you pay for in quality and service.

A charming stay with welcoming hosts who provided insightful local tips. The breakfast spread was delightful, featuring Seiko's homemade bread and delectable cakes alongside a variety of options. However, the slightly distant location from main attractions required a good walk, and some minor noise disruptions were noted in the evenings. The room was comfortable but could benefit from a little more soundproofing.
